Welcome to Purpose and Peace Therapeutic Care PLLC. I strive to assist you with finding your purpose and living peacefully. My mission is to help you know and discover your purpose and to guide you in finding what brings you peace. My goal is to help you live in peace and work with purpose. In finding a purpose I want to help you discover the reason for which you were created. In walking in peace my hope is that you can live free from any disturbance of your tranquility. I aim to provide care that meets your needs and help you to achieve your goals that drives to help you restore your healthy mindset and heal from past experiences.

I have extensive experience working with adults, children, and families providing therapy in homes, in communities and in outpatient agencies through community based services. I have experience conducting clinical assessments, group therapy treating anxiety, depression, bi-polar disorder, marital/family issues, schizophrenia, substance use, self-harm, and behavioral disorders. Therapy should be non-judgmental, person-centered where you and I can work together to identify triggers and find new solutions for solving issues you are experiencing.

I use Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, CBT and completed the 4 day EFT Externship. I work with you to identify strengths and weaknesses as a part of the recovery process and use a family therapy systemic approach. Areinia is an AAMFT Approved Clinical Supervisor and is currently accepting supervisees.

Areinia is a Prepare Enrich and SYMBIS facilitator for marital/premarital counseling. Areinia likes to have fun and is known to find something positive in every situation. She enjoys watching others appreciate life and told by others that she is trustworthy, empathetic, positive, honest, encouraging and genuine. Areinia is currently accepting supervisees.
